What if I disagree with a title purchase?

If you have a question or issue with a title purchase under our Patron Driven Acquisition program, please note that you must alert us within 14 days of the purchase date.

You may alert us at any point in time before the film triggers, anytime after the film triggers, or anytime after it has been processed and purchased - but with a cap on this of 14 days following the purchase date.

The reason for this is that after that point in time, we have processed all content owner royalty payments and we are not in a position to be able to process any refunds.
