Troubleshooting poor video quality
The most common reasons for poor video quality are internet speed and the quality of the original film.
Internet speed
If you're experiencing poor video quality, it may be caused by a slowdown in your internet connection. If you're using Wi-Fi, moving your device closer to the source of that connection or using a hard-wired connection may improve the video quality.
Film quality
Some older films are not available in high definition and may not display clearly when viewed at higher resolutions.
If you're watching a recent film on a fast internet connection and still experiencing poor video quality, please contact us.
