To change the email address or password for your Kanopy account:
- Log in to your Kanopy account in a web or mobile browser.
- Hover over your name (at the top-right of the page) and select My Account.
- On the My Information tab, select Edit.
- Enter your new email address or current and new passwords.
Note: Your password must be at least 6 characters. - Select Save.
When updating your email address, if you get an error that says "The e-mail address is already registered," this means the email address you entered is associated with another Kanopy account. To resolve this error, log out of your current account and log back in using that email address, or contact support for more help.
