Changing your email address or password

To change your Kanopy email address or password:

1. Go to kanopy.com in a browser.
2. Log in to your Kanopy account.
3. Select the menu button in the top-right corner, then select My Account.
   
4. On the My Information tab, select Edit.
   
5. Enter your new email address or current and new passwords. (You can also edit your name, if needed.)
   Note: Your password must be at least 6 characters.
6. Select Save.

If you get an error that says "The e-mail address is already registered," that email is associated with another Kanopy account. To fix this, log out and log back in using that email address, or contact support for more help.
