Why do I need to verify my email address?
Verifying your email address lets us know that you are the owner of the email address you provided while creating your Kanopy account. It will also allow us to send you account and content updates, and will help us better assist you should you need it in the future.
How do I verify my email address?
Once you create your account on Kanopy, you will be sent a verification email. To verify your email address:
- Go to your email inbox
- Open the “Verify your email” message (this will come from kanopy@kanopy.com)
- Click “Verify Email”
You can always skip this step and verify your email address at a later time. To do this, go to kanopy.com and click the resend the verification email link at the top of the page.
I’d like to use a different email address than the one I used to sign up.
You can learn how to update the email address on your account here. If you haven’t verified your email address yet you will then be able to send the verification email to your updated email address.
