What does this message mean?
To ensure long-term access to patrons, your library has set up a monthly budget on Kanopy. Once this budget has been used, patrons will no longer be able to stream films until the funds have been added to the budget or it resets the following month.
What if I have unused play credits? Will they roll over into next month?
Once the library’s monthly budget has been reached, patrons will no longer be able to stream films, even if there are play credits remaining. This is to ensure the library does not exceed their monthly budgets. Unused play credits do not roll over into the next month. Play credits will reset to your library’s monthly allotment on the 1st day of the next month.
