Error when adding your library card
Note: This article is for patrons who use Kanopy with a public library.
When you add your library card to your Kanopy account, you may see one of these errors:
- "This library card number may be incorrect. Check the details or contact your library."
- "This PIN/Password may be incorrect. Check the details or contact your library."
If you see one of these messages, double-check that you entered your library card number correctly and that you used the correct PIN or password (if required).
If you keep getting errors after multiple login attempts, reach out to your library for assistance. Your library manages your library card number and PIN or password.
